Notes

27 performances were given between 21 April 1883 and the end of the season (from the 49th to the 75th performances of the opera at the Opéra-Comique.) The ‘livre de bord’ for the 1882/3 season is missing but figures were reconstituted from Registres OC-22 (1875/6 season) and OC-29  (1883/4 season). Soubies gives 56 performances for the calendar year 1883 which is correct and which englobes both the April revival (with Isaac as Carmen) and the new production in October (through till December, with Galli-Marié).
